Eligibility for appointment of District Chairman of Estate Nirman Nigam is as follows:-

• A – Must be a Full time acting membership of Estate Nirman Nigam
• B – Must be citizen of India
• C –  Must be Sound mind with not insolvent
• D – Must be not convicted from any court
• E – Must be a age of 25 years as on appointment Date The upper age has no limitation
• F – Must be created at least 500 ordinary members in his/her Full time acting members period
• G – Must have good health E-state Nirman Nigam
