Sri Pawan Raghuvanshi is Born on 7 November 1990 at his Paternal Village Chhitouni , Parganas Jalhupur Varanasi District in his combined Family of his Grandfather Sri Bhola Singh and Aaliyar Singh and his father's name is Sri Kripa Shankar Singh and his Mother's name is Smt. Chinta Singh and his Uncle's name is Sri Hari Shankar Singh, Sri Vijay Shankar Singh, Sri Jai Shankar Singh, Sri Rma Shankar Singh, Sri Jata Shankar Singh, Sri Surendra Pratap Singh, Dr. Prem Shankar Singh, Sri Vidya Shankar Singh, Sri Uma Shankar Singh, Sri Tara Shankar Singh, He is younger one in his family and his elder brother name is Sri Anand Kumar Singh and his only sister Vandana Singh.
Sri Pawan Raghuvanshi has taken is primary education from his village and other schools of Varanasi and he Become Graduate From UP College Varanasi and LLB from Kashi Vidyapeeth University, Varanasi, During his college life he is participating in many Social and political Activities in his college and university and after all he has decided that he will work for the society and youth of the Nation that's why he has conducted many Job fair , various Tournament , various religious Anusthan, Many joint Marriage ceremony, Many Daridra Narayan Bhojan in Varanasi and all nebour District of Varanasi,
Now a days he became youth icon of Varanasi and he engaged all time for social and political Activities as well as youth empowerment and employment activities in various cities of Uttar Pradesh, for his various activities he got many awards i.e. Alankaran Samman, Kashi Ratna Samman, Kashi Bhusan Ratna Samman, Kashi Samaj Ratna Samman, UP Gaurav Ratna Samman.
During his social and political Activities he became state president in various organisations i.e. Akhil Bharatiya Chhatra Sangh, Kisaan Sangh , Sanyukta Human rights parishad.
